Although virtual, we’re still practicing together in the beautiful natural environment (outside as long as it’s not raining), and often with the presence of our dogs and cats, who are so much a part of life here.

If you can’t make the class time, no problem! Email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact me any other way with your email address and I will send you the recordings, so you can practice with us in your own time.
In light of COVID19, I want to keep yoga accessible to as many as possible so I’m offering it as donation based. There have been questions about donating for multiple classes at once. Whatever is easiest for you is fine, and I appreciate your support:)

~ Private Yoga ~
Private yoga allows for time and space to focus on your individual needs, goals, and alignment. I’m able to specify the yoga practice to your level and desire. If you are practicing with a condition or recovering from an injury, private yoga is a safer way to ensure you learn the best variations and modifications for you. Private yoga sessions can also serve as a complement to attending group yoga classes, enhancing your experience by delving deeper individually.
For this moment, sessions can also be arranged via Zoom.
